Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. Registered Nutritional Therapists use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns. Depending on your needs the focus may be on nutrition education and support, or therapeutic interventions to address nutritional balance and help support the body towards maintaining health.

Please be aware that your GP and/or consultant remains your primary healthcare practitioner throughout the process. Nutritional Therapy is not a replacement for medical care. As Registered Nutritional Therapists we work alongside your medical professional and other healthcare professionals.

Restoring balance in the function of the body, mind, and lifestyle of her clients is at the heart of her approach, using a combination of nutrition programmes based on sound scientific evidence, and motivational coaching support.  She follows the Functional Medicine approach to health, which views the body as an interconnected whole, and aims to uncover the underlying factors that drive an individual’s health issues. Each of us is unique, and understanding each individual’s genetic predispositions, environmental exposures and health and illness experience is key to developing bespoke plans that get positive results.
